I moved to London aged 18 and never left. Over the years I have worked at some of the city's finest 5* hotels, including the Corinthia, the Waldorf Hilton and the Langham, and spent time within the royal household itself. Along the way I learned what real hospitality actually looks like, and how different it is from the generic advice that gets recycled across every travel site online.
