About Me
Hi, I'm Alex. Twenty years a Londoner. A lifetime spent looking after people who visit this city.

My London Story
Chapter One: A Lifelong Traveller
Travel has never been a phase for me. I grew up on the sunny island of Cyprus and was lucky enough to start travelling the world from the age of six. I never once wanted to do anything else and my entire childhood was spent looking forward to the next trip. That passion brought me to London, where I studied for a BSc in International Hospitality Management.
Chapter Two: The Royal Household
I went on to work within the Royal Household, a season of my career spent inside a world where every detail matters and nothing is ever left to chance. It shaped how I plan, how I anticipate, and how I care for the guests I work with now.
Chapter Three: Five Star Hotels
From there, I worked at The Langham, The Corinthia, and the Waldorf Hilton, welcoming guests from every corner of the world and learning how to exceed every expectation for the most demanding travellers.
Chapter Four: Twenty Years a Local
Two decades of living and working in central London, and I still get excited about this city every single day. I regularly take four hour walks all over town with the sole purpose of finding something new, and I'm never disappointed.
Get to Know Me
What's your favourite thing about working in hospitality?
It’s definitely the people I stay in touch with, years after running their weddings, planning their honeymoons or their milestone events. I feel like I have a huge extended family scattered all over the world.
What's one London spot you send everyone to, no exceptions?
It has to be Ham House. The gorgeous riverside walk from Richmond station is worth every minute.
What's the most common mistake you see visitors make?
Not researching or booking a great restaurant ahead of time, and ending up with a forgettable meal. Life is too short for bad food!
If you had one afternoon to show someone the real London, where would you take them?
A long walk through Little Venice, ending at a proper old pub like the Warwick Castle.
What do you love most about this city, even after twenty years?
That anyone can make a home here, no matter where they're from. I love eating in the authentic restaurants set up by immigrant communities. It allows me to travel without ever leaving London.

Why I Do This
I want you to visit London and feel like you belong here, even just for a few days. Not rushed. Not overwhelmed. Not stuck queuing for the same five attractions everyone else queues for.
I want you to eat incredible food, discover historic pubs, and leave with the kind of memories that make you want to book your next visit immediately.

Whether you want a full bespoke itinerary, a ready made plan, or just a few bits of honest advice before you book your own trip, I'm here to help.
Welcome to London. Let's make it unforgettable. With love from a true Londoner, Alex
